Pokemon XY Elite Trainer Box

Step into the classic Pokémon XY era with the Pokemon XY Elite Trainer Box – Xerneas & Yveltal, a highly collectible piece of Pokémon TCG history. Originally released alongside the Pokémon XY Base Set, these iconic Elite Trainer Boxes were among the first Elite Trainer Box products of the XY generation and feature two of the region’s most legendary Pokémon: Xerneas and Yveltal.

The Pokemon XY Elite Trainer Box is an excellent choice for collectors looking to add an early XY-era sealed product to their collection. With its distinctive Xerneas and Yveltal artwork, classic XY branding and original accessories, this ETB is particularly appealing to fans of vintage Pokémon cards and sealed Pokémon TCG products.

Pokemon XY Base Set Elite Trainer Box

The XY Base Set Elite Trainer Box was released in two versions: Xerneas and Yveltal. Each version features its respective Legendary Pokémon, with the Xerneas edition showcasing a blue design and the Yveltal edition featuring a red design.

Inside the original XY Base Set Elite Trainer Box, collectors could find 8 Pokémon TCG: XY booster packs, Energy cards, themed card sleeves, damage-counter dice, condition markers, a coin-flip die, box dividers, a player’s guide and a collector’s storage box.

The combination of original XY booster packs, exclusive themed accessories and distinctive Legendary Pokémon artwork makes this Pokemon XY Elite Trainer Box a standout collectible from the early XY generation.

A Classic Pokémon TCG Collectible

The Pokémon XY era introduced fans to the Kalos region, new Pokémon, powerful Pokémon-EX and the exciting Mega Evolution mechanic. The original XY Base Set therefore holds an important place in Pokémon TCG history, making sealed products from this period highly desirable among collectors.

Whether you’re completing a collection of vintage Elite Trainer Boxes, collecting Pokémon products from the XY era or looking for a memorable piece of Pokémon TCG history, the Pokemon XY Elite Trainer Box – Xerneas & Yveltal is an excellent addition.

XY Base Set vs XY Evolutions

Collectors searching for an XY Evolutions ETB, Pokemon Evolutions Elite Trainer Box or XY Evolutions Elite Trainer Box may also be interested in Pokémon products from the wider XY era. However, it is important to note that the product featured here is from the original XY Base Set, not the later XY Evolutions expansion.

The original XY Base Set Elite Trainer Boxes feature Xerneas and Yveltal, while the later XY Evolutions Elite Trainer Boxes were separate products released for the XY Evolutions expansion. This distinction makes the Xerneas & Yveltal ETB a particularly important item for collectors focused specifically on the beginning of the XY generation.
