Returns, Refunds & Delivery Policy
At TCGShopUK, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent service. Please review the information below carefully before initiating a return or refund request.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, we strongly advise doing so before dispatch.
If your order has already been dispatched:

The parcel must be returned unopened and in the exact condition received.

We cannot accept returns of opened products.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the goods have been received and inspected.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as TCGShopUK cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
If you no longer want the order after dispatch, please either:

Refuse delivery at the door, or

Keep the parcel sealed and return it with a new label.
Opening the parcel may void eligibility for a refund due to the collectible and tamper-sensitive nature of our products.
Standard Returns
You may return eligible products within:
14 days of receiving your order (change of mind)
30 days if the item is faulty or damaged
To qualify for a return:
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
Sealed products must remain sealed
Original outer packaging (box or mailing bag) must remain unopened where applicable
Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be requested through your account or by contacting our support team within the applicable timeframe.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
Take clear photographs of:
The outer packaging (showing shipping label)
The damage to the item
Do not open sealed damaged products.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Photographic evidence is required to submit a claim with the courier. Without this, we may be unable to process the claim.
If an item is sealed and missing components, we recommend contacting the manufacturer first. If unresolved, our support team may assist further.
Lost Parcels UK Orders
Royal Mail: Please allow 10 working days after the expected delivery date.
DPD: Contact us 1 day after the expected delivery date.
An investigation must be completed by the courier before refunds or replacements can be issued.
International Orders
DPD: Contact us if not received within 10 days of dispatch notification.
Royal Mail: Contact us if not received within 30 days.
Please check with your local customs office, as parcels may be held pending customs clearance.
Refunds or replacements cannot be processed until the courier investigation is complete. Most claims are resolved within approximately 14 days, though this may vary during busy periods.
