when something goes wrong outside of the shops control how its handled tells you a lot about them.
Royal mail screwed up my delivery, sending it to god knows where and claiming it was delivered. i contacted TCGSHOP after it became clear royal mail where choosing to not fix the problem.
They responded quickly and told me that they could either replace 2 out of 3 items (last one out of stock) or refund the whole order.
i opted for the replacements. i had the refund for the one of stock before the end of that day and the replacements arrived a few days
