Dispatch Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are dispatched as quickly as possible.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your parcel has left our warehouse.
During major product releases or peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended. We always aim to ship orders promptly and securely.
UK Delivery Options
We use trusted UK courier services depending on parcel size and order value.
Royal Mail
Typically used for smaller parcels. Estimated delivery is 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on the selected service.
DPD (Fully Tracked)
Used for larger or higher-value parcels. Includes tracking and delivery time notifications.
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.
Delivery Delays and Lost Parcels
While uncommon, delays may occur due to courier network issues or high seasonal demand.
If your parcel has not arrived:
Royal Mail deliveries: Please allow up to 10 working days after the expected delivery date before contacting us.
DPD deliveries: Please contact us 1 working day after the expected delivery date.
Courier investigations must be completed before refunds or replacements can be issued.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:
Take clear photographs of the outer packaging, including the shipping label.
Photograph the damaged item.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
This allows us to raise a claim with the courier and resolve the matter efficiently.
